We are a 2nd generation, family owned Wholesale Distribution Company and have been operating in the West Australian Pharmacy industry since 1987. Over the last 30+ years, we have grown and expanded, and currently market and distribute our large range of products to Pharmacy, Newsagents, Gift Stores and Independant Grocery Stores.
Utilising our extensive network of local and international suppliers, we aim to provide superior merchandise that offers a point of difference and exceptional value for our customers.
Our experienced Sales Force offer a regular, quality call service, professional presentation and expert product knowledge. With a forward thinking strategy, we have built a foundation focused on Customer Service and Product Development.
Bernadette & Bruce have been involved with Novus since 2001. Initially taking the reigns as CEO, accounting and administration, they now both also enjoy visiting and servicing clients around the Perth metro area and regional WA.
Regular visits to suppliers in NSW and VIC, as well as attending national and international trade fairs ensure Novus Chemware is ahead of the trend and securing the latest products for our loyal and growing customer base.
With over 20 years experience, both Helen & Frances combined have an emormous wealth of knowledge in both Dispensary and OTC products.
